Work Experience
I began working as an adjuster in 1995 at Tower Hill Insurance Group in Gainesville, FL while also going to Santa Fe Community College. After six years at Tower Hill, I became an independent adjuster working at various adjusting companies for daily and catastrophe claims.
In over 25 years in the insurance industry, I have handled nearly every type of claim imaginable and worked most major catastrophes on the East and Gulf Coasts. I was even fortunate enough to work in New Zealand on two separate occasions. In 2011 as a large loss team leader for the Christchurch Earthquakes and in 2017 as a unit supervisor and branch manager in Auckland and Taupo.
I have also performed project management on various Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs in Texas, New York, New Jersey and Puerto Rico.
I am proficient in the Xactimate platform for estimating, sketch and 3D drawings. I have spent over 25 years reviewing policies of all types to become knowledgeable in policy language, coverages and exclusions.
Personal Life
My wife Diana and I are active members of our church, Kingdom Life Christian Church in Bradenton, FL. Diana and I serve with Our Father's House Ministry , a single mom's ministry where we are able to disciple single moms and their children. I also serve as treasurer on the board of Prepare the Nations Embassy, an Apostolic ministry that generates Christ-like Disciples who enkindle the Church to prepare nations for the soon return of Christ.

Married for 37 years with 2 amazing children and 1 beautiful and spunky grandchild, I've been blessed with a wonderful, varied and adventurous life. I enjoy time with my family, traveling, and last but not least, playing pickleball whenever and wherever I can.
My life has always involved property and insurance in some capacity: Everything from real estate to construction, to the insurance field and public adjusting.
The most amazing part of my life was the 12 years that my family and I spent ministering and working in Costa Rica. During our time there, I saw the need for men not only to have a job, but also to learn a good trade in order to provide for their families. Because of this, we began designing and building houses to support the local community as well as our own ministerial efforts there. This created jobs and allowed us to devolop job training along with a discipleship program. We worked with families from Costa Rica and Nicaragua and also helped start an agricultural feeding program in Panama, all of which are still going strong today.
All of these opportunities have allowed me to understand and strive for the best interests of my clients. My goal as a public adjuster is to advocate and do the work for you to navigate through the challenges that dealing with an insurance company can bring. If I can make your process painless and rewarding while making you whole again, I consider it a success!
